When every NFL team goes into a draft each year, they visualize what each available player can do for them. After deciding on which player to draft, they make definite plans on how to utilize each player to the best of their abilities.

Unfortunately, much like how not all dreams come true, not every player performs quite up to or even near expectations.

Those who do immediately usually are met with high praise, even in a league where results are expected immediately in a profession that has an average life of two years. Most expect the rookie to take awhile to assimilate, and even call their errors "rookie mistakes" in the last game of their first season.

Here is a team of the best rookies in the 2010 NFL season at each position on the field. Though fans can clamor for others, the statistics usually tell the story at the end at certain positions.
