Oakland Raiders vs. St. Louis Rams: Live Oakland Score and Analysis

After finally picking up their first win of the season, the Oakland Raiders will be looking to build on that momentum Sunday as they visit the St. Louis Rams. The Raiders have played better than their record indicates, and they have a real chance to win a second consecutive game as they take on a very beatable St. Louis team.

Oakland's rushing attack finally showed up last week. It proved to be the key to the team's win, and it'll be the key again today. Unfortunately, Oakland will have to figure out a way to make this happen without the help of Latavius Murray, who has provided a major spark for the Raiders the last two games. He's been ruled out as he's still recovering from a concussion.

The only other ball-carrier who's had any success this season has been fullback Marcel Reece. For some inexplicable reason, the coaches have been reluctant to give him the ball. However, he did enough last week to show that he's definitely viable in the running game. He guaranteed himself more carries moving forward.

Given how poorly Darren McFadden and Maurice Jones-Drew have played all season, Reece might be the team's only option out of the backfield. If the Raiders hope to score enough points against St. Louis, the running game has to be effective. And for that to happen, Reece has to get plenty of carries.

Kickoff is at 1 p.m. ET from Edward Jones Dome. Stay tuned for live scores and updates throughout the game, and share your thoughts and opinions on the team's performance in the comments section below and on Twitter @BrianJ_Flores.
